Nexus Manager - Technical Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager / Manager – NetSuite to lead ERP implementations, optimizations, and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for NetSuite ERP to optimize business operations.
  • Implementation and Improvement: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of NetSuite modules, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Liaison and Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Project Management Expertise
  • Project Oversight: Oversee multiple NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • Agile Project Management: Implement project management best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure successful execution.
Business Process Optimization & System Enhancements
  • Process Assessment: Assess and improve business processes through NetSuite automation, customization, and integration.
  • System Integration: Manage system integrations with third-party applications such as CRM, eCommerce, HR, and finance tools.
  • Configuration Alignment: Ensure NetSuite configurations align with financial, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership
  • Team Mentorship: Lead a team of NetSuite analysts, administrators, and consultants, providing mentorship and professional development.
  • Senior Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, finance, IT, operations, and other departments to drive digital transformation.
  • Project Updates and Communication: Communicate project updates, risks, and benefits to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Compliance, Security, & Risk Management
  • Data Protection: Ensure NetSuite security policies, user roles, and access controls are in place to protect data integrity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Audit and Governance: Oversee system audits, data governance, and risk mitigation strategies.
