Digital Transformation Consultant for Life Sciences Industries

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Salesforce CRM platforms, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
  • Utilize Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
  • Implement cloud computing technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Design and manage data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
  • Apply application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance and Data Cloud.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies and architectures.
  • Data modeling and governance expertise.
  • Application development skills using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integration experience with Salesforce and other systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Heroku integration.
  • Salesforce Shield security.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Good customization experience in classic.
  • Health insurance domain knowledge.
