Senior Data Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing systems using ETL tools and techniques.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance analytical techniques.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to streamline data workflows and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse.
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.
