Elevator Construction Manager

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of elevators, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. Your expertise in scheduling, store management, and personnel supervision will be crucial to project success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive schedules for elevator installations, taking into account factors such as resource allocation and cost control.
- Supervise and monitor on-site operations, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, materials, and equipment, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.
- Prepare and present monthly reports detailing job progress, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain site activity records, documenting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
- Diploma or BE in Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the elevator industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and sub-contractors
- Proven track record of assertiveness, proactivity, and result-oriented performance
- Ability to handle high-profile customer interactions with confidence and professionalism
- Previous experience in the elevator industry
