About the Role

Evalueserve is a global leader in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to a diverse range of clients, including over 30% of Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Research Analyst to join our Professional Services & Asset & Wealth Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, execute, and deliver high-quality investment research to discerning global clients.
  • Build company financial models from scratch, incorporating sector metrics, and update models post-earnings, corporate events, conference calls, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Write earning results, update notes, sector reports, thematic reports, and initiating coverage reports.
  • Develop superior knowledge of finance and accounting concepts, valuation methodologies, and stock analysis.
  • Create sector models, competitor comparison sheets, and write analytical commentaries.
  • Conduct comparative analysis within the sector.
  • Expertly utilize research tools and databases like DataStream, Reuters Knowledge, and Bloomberg.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with industry experts.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and engage senior stakeholders in discussions and presentations.
  • Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Good presentation skills, with a creative thought process.
  • Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks within areas of responsibility.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree, with a specialization in finance or a related field.
  • Total experience of 7-10 years in relevant credit research, preferably in analyzing municipal securities.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Contribute to team cross-training needs to maximize its potential.
