Web3 Social Media Specialist

About us

We're a leading Web3 media marketing agency. We're looking for a skilled specialist to join our mission to empower brands by scaling their content production and connecting them with their ideal audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives. This includes creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design team with client design briefs.
  • Client-side content management experience, including editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality. This may involve working closely with internal teams as well as freelancers.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, always keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.

Requirements:

  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content
  • Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space
