About the Role

This is a key position responsible for financial planning, analysis, and control.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business controlling or related roles with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis. They will be able to analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and analyze various expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Analyze financial results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • Should be (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification.
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
