We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Academic Leader to spearhead our academic programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of educational technology trends and integrate innovative tools into the learning environment
  • Collaborate with faculty to implement technology-enhanced teaching and learning methods
  • Implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with parents, community members, and industry partners to enhance the educational experience
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders
  • Encourage and support the professional development of faculty and staff
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Encourage and support research initiatives among faculty and students
  • Explore and implement innovative teaching and learning methods
  • Qualifications:
  • A master's degree or higher in education or a related field
  • Proven experience in academic leadership and management
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of successful team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders
