Job Summary:

  • A seasoned geotechnical engineering professional, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Director to lead our UK projects.

About the Role:

As an Associate Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the utilization and billability of our teams, ensuring seamless project execution through effective technical coordination with stakeholders. You will also provide input on project programs, resource management, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for the UK Business Area, responsible for the overall team's performance and quality delivery.
  • Manage and oversee technical coordination with all stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
  • Provide input on project programs, resource management, and budgets to ensure delivery according to schedule.
  • Monitor and challenge budget, manage design changes, and provide technical support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant postgraduate experience (M.Tech/M.Eng or equivalent) in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years in delivering various design and modelling tasks as a team lead.
  • Achieved international chartered status.
  • Previous relevant experience, including leadership of development and implementation of engineering solutions.
