ServiceNow Workflow Specialist – FMCG Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow workflow specialist with extensive experience in the FMCG domain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow, with a focus on SKU creation and product data processes.

The role involves creating efficient workflows, integrating with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo, and supporting existing Skelta BPM workflows. To be successful, the candidate must have hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow workflow design, as well as experience working with the FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).

The selected professional will lead the workflow lifecycle, from design to rollout and support, ensuring that all workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards. Additionally, they will conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for business teams to ensure smooth integration.

  • 6-8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
