Automation Expert Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Automation Expert to help us design and implement powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools, improving business processes and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed, streamlining data exchange and enhancing system interoperability.
  • Design smart backend workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units, optimizing operational performance.
  • Develop a centralized automation library – templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact, delivering tangible results.
  • Perform development logic when needed for custom logic, scripts, or advanced integrations, ensuring seamless system interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.) is essential for success in this role.
  • A solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML) is crucial for effective workflow design.
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking – you build clean, maintainable systems, not quick hacks, leading to long-term sustainability.
  • Strong documentation habits – you'll help build a library of repeatable automation templates, promoting knowledge sharing and reuse.
  • Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required, enabling advanced functionality.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, or internal dashboards would be beneficial in this role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS workflows, lead gen pipelines, or content automation stacks would also be valuable assets.
