Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of the compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing personal independence tracking systems, restricted securities lists, and other related matters. You will also serve as a point of contact for firm personnel, providing timely and effective support in relation to personal independence compliance.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will participate in the overall Personal Independence Assessment (PIA) process, including performing assessments. You will also assist with monitoring and administrative tasks for Annual Independence Survey and New Hire Independence Survey.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the personal independence compliance team to provide exceptional service to firm personnel. You will also support the team with other ad hoc requests, such as acquisition activity, reporting, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have 2-4 years of experience in a compliance environment. Previous compliance experience in a professional services environment is preferred.

You will also need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and be able to read and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will need to be able to evaluate information against a set of standards, develop and maintain applicable professional and internal contacts, resources, and networks, and maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to internal information.
