Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to lead our tax compliance efforts and provide expert advice on accounting methods and periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the tax compliance process for various clients, ensuring seamless execution of financial tasks.
  • Review and analyze tax returns and financial statements to guarantee adherence to Indian tax laws and regulations.
  • Advise clients on accounting methods and periods, helping them to optimize their financial strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax provision calculations and financial statement disclosures, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on clients' accounting methods, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members on tax compliance and accounting practices, fostering growth and development within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in tax compliance or accounting, with a focus on accounting methods and periods.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations, including current updates and amendments.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP), enabling efficient and effective financial management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines, meeting critical project milestones and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
