Administrative Leadership Role

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all administrative functions, including human resources strategy, employee engagement, professional development, facilities management, vendor relationships, office services, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to align with organisational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, talent retention, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, performance management, and training programmes.
  • Coordinate initiatives to enhance employee experience, professional growth, facilities maintenance, supplier partnerships, office operations, and data insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in sectors like manufacturing, export, or real estate.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
