Job Description">
  • Travel is necessary to serve customers in various locations.

As a Field Service Technician, you will cover designated areas of responsibility for our customers. You will be based out of Trivandrum and be responsible for service of Enphase PV and Storage systems in the area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule customer site visits and coordinate activities between Enphase customer support team/FAE team and installers/Homeowners
  • Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behavior
  • Complete site audit reports and documentation
  • Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes
  • Participate in regular safety training and conduit training to installers and homeowners
  • Maintain tool management standards required for field commissioning and maintenance activities
  • Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
  • Perform other duties as needed or directed
  • Teach and train crew on proper techniques for installation
  • Detail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop specific BOS
  • Ability to work independently without oversight
  • Committed to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 5+ years experience specific to PV system Design/Execution/field support of installations and service
  • Should be a Graduate - B.E/B.Tech and should have scored 60% and above in 10th,12th, and graduation
  • Knowledge of PV string/microinverters installations, execution, grounding, commission and field troubleshooting activities
  • Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Knowledge of and observance of safety and security procedures
