**Job Overview:**

To ensure inventory accuracy optimally for all the customers in the warehouse, our team is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Inventory Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reconciling inventory discrepancies between our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock counts.
  • Tracking inward quantities, order processed quantities, and cancelled quantities, and comparing them with available stock quantities.
  • Planning and executing cycle counting schedules and manpower allocation for monthly counts per customer.
  • Coordinating and providing required data to internal/external auditors.
  • Designing and implementing procedures to ensure zero loss of high-value items.
  • Reducing warehouse damages to inventory.
  • Ensuring daily packing material counts.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

Any Graduate with strong analytical skills.

5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and hands-on experience with different order processing software.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
