Software Engineering Manager Role

This role is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position within our software engineering team. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and program teams, to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in backend Ruby on Rails, front-end React, and QA engineering will be invaluable in driving our product roadmap forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field: We require a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience: You should have at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend Ruby on Rails and front-end React.
  • Experience leading a team: We are seeking an experienced manager who has led a team of engineers in the past, with a track record of success.
  • Strong technical skills: You should have strong technical skills in areas such as distributed system design, microservices architecture, and relational databases.
