Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, salaries and PF, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization's financial operations, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, salaries, and PF
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Accounting and Financial Management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, salary management, and PF filing
  • Strong Administrative skills, including office management and coordination
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
