About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Architect to join our dynamic Backend Platform team.

This role is critical in developing next-generation agentic applications using advanced frameworks.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and robust AI-driven solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and engineering teams to understand requirements and design a robust, scalable platform.
  • Define the architecture and infrastructure components needed to support the organization's applications.
  • Design and implement reliable and robust infrastructure to make agents predictable.
  • Build and implement observability and evaluation frameworks for large language models.

Requirements

  • 6-14+ years of experience in Python, AI/ML.
  • Prior hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Llama).
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals & software engineering principles (algorithms, data structures).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers/kubernetes.
  • Strong programming skills and experience in writing performant code working over large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
