Business Insights Analyst

This role is based in Kuwait, where the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources and preparing comprehensive reports related to customer lifecycle activities and performances.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position.

  • Analyze data from various sources to prepare comprehensive reports on campaigns and customer lifecycle activities.
  • Create reports using reporting tools and conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Produce reports that impact customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics like customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
