Expert Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Expert Technical Support: Deliver exceptional technical support to clients addressing complex Azure cloud issues and advanced network problems.
- Escalated Issue Resolution: Own escalated issues from lower-level analysts, providing in-depth analysis and resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Knowledge Base Creation: Identify and create detailed knowledge base articles and run books to guide lower-level analysts.
- Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced infrastructure troubleshooting skills to detect potential issues and propose enhancements for clients' Azure environments.
- Technical Experience: Four to five years of experience providing infrastructure and cloud technical support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Backup solutions.
