Job Role Overview:

Project Cycle Management Professional

As a Project Cycle Management Professional, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively by taking ownership of all aspects related to project management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Initiation: Ensure that all projects are initiated on time with a clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of projects ensuring that they are completed within the stipulated timeframe and budget.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Regularly monitor and control project progress to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Project Closure: Ensure that all projects are closed in a timely manner and lessons learned are documented for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership.
