Stock Broker and Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Broker and Portfolio Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. To drive sales targets for the branch, build teams as per company objectives and achieve revenue growth & profitability to upscale the branch.
  2. Achievements and Expectations:
    1. To maximize branch profits by achieving targeted fee income & effective cost management.
    2. To acquire new Large trader clients (direct) and increase the 'Digital Client' Base.
    3. To plan and execute various local level initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction.
    4. Critical Business Outcomes:
      1. To engage in new and innovative business planning activities locally to increase client acquisition and Branch profitability.
      2. To monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any.
      3. Operational Objectives:
        1. To transition existing & new clients to Mobile/Web/Exe platform so as to optimize dealer bandwidth.
        2. To increase the dealer's productivity by acquiring & servicing Large Traders and building a temp funding through HNI/ Large Traders.

About the Role:

  • This role involves effectively managing day to day branch administration and operations for smooth functioning of the branch.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. To oversee and ensure adherence to the Risk compliance and statutory compliance policies.
  2. To focus on retention of customers, higher revenue generation and referral activities.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  1. The ability to lead and manage high performing teams.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
  3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
