Our mission is to build a more resilient future. To achieve this, we are seeking a Programme Lead who can help us translate strategy into actionable implementation plans across cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project design, budgeting, partner onboarding and timelines.
  • Troubleshooting implementation bottlenecks and strengthening on-ground capacity.
  • Identification and management of high-impact implementation partners.
  • Due diligence, monitoring deliverables and ensuring alignment with program outcomes.
  • Building working relationships with ULBs and state agencies.
  • Collaboration with communications, MEL, and grants teams for seamless program delivery.
  • Documentation of learnings, support convenings and contribution to adaptive program design.

  • Ability to travel and spend time at the project sites frequently.
  • High levels of integrity and empathy in handling all professional matters.

Masters degree or higher in Development Studies, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Urban Studies or related field. 12-15 years experience in urban resilience, disaster management or heat/adaptation programs. Experience working with municipal governments, urban planners NGOs etc and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships. Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
