We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and implement industrial-grade AI solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights.

This role requires expertise in building production-ready AI/ML systems, with a strong focus on search and retrieval applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vector databases, reranking strategies, and prompt/routing techniques.

">

Responsibilities include designing multimodal RAG systems, implementing hybrid retrieval architectures, and integrating external APIs.

">

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating ensemble decisioning, operating large-scale MLOps environments, and building explanation layers for human-in-the-loop feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building production AI/ML or search systems; 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.">
  • Expert Python 3.11+, SQL; strong systems thinking and data modeling.">
  • RAG at scale: vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, evals (faithfulness, coverage, latency).">
  • MLOps/SRE: versioning, canaries/A-B, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs.">
  • Clear communication; ability to turn messy, multilingual data into reliable software.">
