Urban Development Project Manager Job Description

As a Senior Urban Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects related to urban development in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise assigned projects across India.
  • Conduct on-site investigations, analyze data, prepare site visit notes, and minutes of meetings.
  • Willing to travel for business development, project meetings, and site visits.
  • Attend site meetings and client meetings regarding assigned projects.
  • Prepare bid documents and provide support during the bid management process.
  • Maintain project files on submissions and other documents like meeting minutes, client requirements, etc., in both hard copy and soft copy.
  • Project billing/invoicing as per targets and collection of payments from clients.
  • Support the team in bid submissions, meet prospective clients, follow up on closure for assignments in hand.
  • Handhold projects to ensure hassle-free project closure.
  • Prepare and maintain trackers on client requirements and respective replies/submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Master's degree in Architecture/Urban Design/Urban Planning/MBA/MTA.
  • Experience in project management and client coordination is essential.
  • Ability to manage clients, understand government procedures, and possess business development skills.
