About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Professional Support Associate to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with tact and discretion, while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
  • Implement company-wide initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive projects forward with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, and meeting notes that capture key takeaways and action items for follow-up.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring that executives' time is respected and utilized efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and organized, with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
