Senior Facilities Coordinator

Sagility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and reports on facility-related activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in soft services, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MIS, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
