Job Title: AI & Technology Initiatives Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled project management professional to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-stakes AI/ML product and platform initiatives.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of AI/tech product development and implementation projects. This will involve:

  • Translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with data science, engineering, and product teams to align timelines, expectations, and scope.
  • Leading agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) and managing sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Tracking project KPIs and ensuring on-time, in-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Anticipating roadblocks and proactively resolving issues with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Preparing status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM from XLRI, IIMs, ISB, or other Tier-1 B-Schools and 2–6 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations. They should also have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
