The Role
As a Customer Success and Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our presence in the APMEA region, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their success with our products, and driving sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Drive sales opportunities within existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities to expand our presence in the APMEA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Work closely with the Sales team to convert leads and opportunities into sales, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to customer success.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist with lead qualification and contribute to pipeline development in the APMEA region.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and tactics for regional growth.

Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales).
- Graduation / Post Graduation in related fields with excellent communications skills.
- Experience working in or with clients in the APMEA region.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Previous experience in a hybrid customer success and sales role is a plus.
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS or tech-related industries is a plus.
