The Role

We're looking for an imaginative and meticulous UI/UX Designer who can craft captivating visuals and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of modern design trends and the ability to create engaging social media content, high-conversion landing pages, and intuitive interfaces that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling social media posts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Design conversion-optimized landing pages to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Evaluate all designs against modern design principles and trends for maximum impact.
  • Work with Figma to develop and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Apply a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback to continually enhance user experience and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer / Visual Designer / Product Designer or similar role.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them to business needs.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with motion graphics/animations for social media.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for better design-to-development handoff.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
