Job Title: P2P Functional Expert

We are seeking an experienced P2P (Procure-to-Pay) functional expert who brings a strong mix of consulting and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle P2P Modules
    • Functional configuration and support across Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Item Master Data.
  • Techno-functional Expertise
    • Assist with user access, roles, and permissions as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product Management, and Stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshooting
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Procurement and SCM workflows.
  • Requirements Gathering
    • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Process Improvement
    • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives related to procurement and supplier data.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Support custom reporting and analytics across procurement data sets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement (P2P) modules.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing master data related to Items, Suppliers, and Procurement Transactions.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud role-based access and user security configurations.
  • Proven experience working with QA and testing teams during UAT and SIT phases.
  • Ability to understand integration points and troubleshoot end-to-end functional and technical issues.
  • Experience in dashboard reporting and analytics (OTBI/BIP preferred).
