About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished educator to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor – Acting & Editing. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching acting techniques, performance methods, and stage/screen practices to students aspiring to build careers in theatre, film, and media.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures on acting, covering voice modulation, body language, improvisation, character development, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct practical workshops, rehearsals, and studio sessions to provide hands-on training in acting for stage and screen.
  • Guide students through monologues, dialogues, scene work, and performance projects, emphasizing classical and contemporary approaches.
  • Incorporate techniques from various acting methodologies (e.g., Stanislavski, Meisner, Method Acting) to broaden students' skill sets.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in acting and teaching, with experience in both academic and professional settings. A Master's or Ph.D. in Theatre Arts or a related field is required.
