  • A highly skilled automation testing professional is required to oversee and drive test automation activities across various projects in the medical devices domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and execute comprehensive test automation strategies to ensure high-quality delivery standards and compliance with global healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and SMEs, to review and approve test scripts prior to submission.
  • Develop and maintain efficient automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture a team of automation testers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging trends and innovations in test automation to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Drive business outcomes by aligning technical requirements with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in testing, with at least 5 years in test automation, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing efforts for complex medical devices projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and experience interpreting and applying them in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in software development.

About the Role:

This position requires a seasoned automation testing expert who can lead, drive, and oversee test automation activities while ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, particularly in the medical devices industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all test automation activities, reviewing and approving test scripts, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in test automation.
