Lead Automation Tester

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Automation Tester to spearhead the development and execution of automated testing frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks utilizing Python and popular tools like pytest and Selenium.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement test automation strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in areas such as Generative AI tools, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise systems knowledge.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and ability to integrate GenAI capabilities into test automation workflows.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming principles.
    • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and practical experience with Helios and GitHub Actions.
