Strategic Growth Manager

Drive corporate expansion by identifying and acquiring high-growth targets. This role supports the company's vision of enhancing its market presence through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
    • Identify and assess potential M&A opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
    • Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis to inform strategic decisions.
    • Perform financial forecasting, business case development, and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with the transaction.
    • Manage due diligence processes, collaborating closely with internal teams, external advisors, and investment banks.
    • Create presentations for internal review and senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Lead drafting of all transaction documents as well as closing procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in post-merger integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment between acquired entities.
  • Strategy & Corporate Development:
    • Develop and refine business segment-wise strategies, assessing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities.
    • Support senior leadership in defining long-term business objectives and investment plans.
    • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
    • Prepare strategic plan and annual operating plan presentations and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key initiatives and milestones.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive business expansion.
    • Monitor post-investment performance and strategic alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring ongoing success and growth.
    • Lead program management for key corporate initiatives, ensuring completion and achievement of milestones.
    Qualifications and Experience
    • Advanced degree in Finance or related field (e.g., MBA, CA).
    • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A/Strategy roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading M&A transactions and driving strategic growth.
    • Strong understanding of M&A processes, documentation, and financial analysis.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
    • Hands-on experience with financial dataset tools (Bloomberg/Capital IQ) and other relevant software.
    • High attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
