- Forecasting and Planning:

- Collaboration:
- Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.
- Funnel Analysis:
- Analyse funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
- Business Acumen:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
- SQL Expertise: Strong expertise in SQL.
- Tableau Experience: Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, visual analytics).
- Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy).
- Sales Operations Experience: Experience in Sales Operations (Salesforce CRM preferred).
