Job Overview

We are currently seeking accomplished professionals to fill the role of Workday Financials Expert Lead, where they will be responsible for leading client implementations, configuring Workday solutions, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Lead Consultant will oversee end-to-end workstreams, drive configuration, manage project timelines, and guarantee successful outcomes.
  • The Experienced Professional will collaborate with clients and Leads to ensure smooth implementations, configure Workday solutions in accordance with business requirements, and operate independently while supporting team members in risk management, timelines, and deliverables.
  • The Professional will assist Leads and Experienced Consultants in configuring Workday solutions, contribute to cross-functional collaboration, clarify requirements, escalate queries to Leads or clients when necessary, and participate in design, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Minimum 1+ full-cycle Workday implementation from scratch.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
