Job Title: Financial Systems Support Specialist

The role of a Financial Systems Support Specialist is to provide end-to-end support for treasury management systems, maintain system integrity by updating static data, and troubleshoot complex issues in the Enterprise Workflow Framework.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and fixing reports and action-based triggers in Quantum, resolving interface issues with bank statements and cashflows, and configuring Cash Xplorer functionality. Additionally, you will be supporting core treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement, and learning internal systems to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users.

As a Financial Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing related support tickets, providing timely solutions to users, documenting resolution steps and knowledge base articles, and monitoring system performances and recommending improvements.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems, hands-on experience in static data maintenance within financial applications, proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring, and experience authoring, troubleshooting and fixing Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.
  • Proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring.
  • Experience with Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements for financial systems.
