  • Develop and maintain communities across various social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Post engaging content, manage groups, and engage with followers by replying to direct messages, comments, and sharing meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns and shape the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights, working closely with the Social Media Manager to align campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
