Attero, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, seeks an experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join their team at the plant level. This critical role demands a dynamic and results-driven professional who can drive workforce planning, payroll management, compliance, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Compliance and Industrial Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and implement effective onboarding programs.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with functional teams to create and deliver development programs.
  • HR Operations and Policies: Oversee HR operations, including attendance systems, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: MBA in HR / Master's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or plant-level role.
  • Key Skills: Expertise in payroll processing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary: Estimated salary range for this position is ₹20,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Attero offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
