Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, and Keras.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable machine learning pipelines, designing big data processing systems, and evaluating model performance. They should also be comfortable generating high-quality data in various formats, such as tfrecords and lmdb, and have a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Machine Learning Models: Use Python and popular frameworks to build and deploy efficient machine learning models that drive business value.
  • Big Data Processing Expertise: Design and implement big data processing pipelines using technologies such as Hadoop and Spark to handle large datasets efficiently.
  • Evaluate Model Performance: Regularly evaluate model performance and make recommendations for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Data Generation: Generate high-quality data in various formats for model training and testing to ensure accurate results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively.
  • Synthetic Data Generation: Hands-on experience with synthetic data generation techniques to augment existing datasets.
  • Data Versioning: Ability to track and version data used in ML pipelines and report generation.
