X++ Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned X++ Development Expert to enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations capabilities.

This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality during migration activities.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with D365 modules such as:
  • Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ISVs like Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
