As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and support to our clients in a dynamic international environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in your native language and English, providing timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs.
  • You will assist customers with orders, deliveries, and product settings, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • You will provide troubleshooting support and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
  • You will maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customer interactions are conducted in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • You will collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • You must have fluency in one of the listed languages: Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish.
  • English is also required as a working language.
  • An EU Work Permit is mandatory; candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the EU.
  • You should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service or related experience is an advantage, but not essential.
