Are you a seasoned automation professional looking for a challenging role where you can leverage your technical expertise to drive business growth? As an Automation Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales, business development, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis workshops with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and expected project outcomes.
  • Document established understanding of project goals and requirements and share it between customer and project teams.
  • Be a hands-on professional validating requirements in labs or researching network equipment to understand their features, functions, and capabilities.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement automation solutions based on the NSP Automation framework.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience assisting sales, accounts, and commercial teams in drafting the statement of work or solution proposals.
  • Able to provide direction, assistance, and answer questions to customers and Nokia project delivery teams.
  • Experience serving as a liaison for cross-business unit customer projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with IP/Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies.
Preferred Skills
  • Nokia Service Router Certification Level II+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
  • Proven ability to transform customer needs and requirements into successful solution offerings and software specifications.
  • Software development experience in an agile environment.
