Implementation & Support:

  • Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits), SSHR (Self-Service HR), and iRecruitment.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementations and upgrades.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle HRMS applications.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

  • Work with business users to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle HRMS functionalities.
  • Design and propose solutions to address business needs.

System Configuration & Customization:

  • Configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and extensions (RICE components) using Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Create and modify Fast Formulas, workflows, and personalizations.

Testing & Documentation:

  • Develop test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations and customizations.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HRMS functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users.
