About the Role:

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presales Engagement: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and propose Oracle Fusion Financials solutions that align with their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.
  • Develop and present detailed solution proposals, including project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Address client queries and concerns during the presales process, providing expert advice and insights.

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Design and architect Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration of Financials Modules
  • Leverage extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions to drive successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and adhere to project scope, budget, and timelines.

Project Management:

  • Manage project delivery, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of financial systems projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or additional requirements.
  • Conduct project review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant financial regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including 5 years in Cloud Fusion, with a minimum of 3 implementation experiences of Indian Clients.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
