Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Generalist. As an integral part of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance on all aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in accordance with business needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, benefits, and compensation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits, and compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

A master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable. Additionally, experience in implementing HR systems and processes, as well as working with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL, would be an advantage.
