Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing custom configurations and workflows within the ServiceNow system.
  • Building service request fulfillment workflows from customer requirements, including requests, request items, and tasks using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc.
  • Automating rote tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality.
  • Integrating and automating processes using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc.
  • Gathering specifications from business departments and delivering products/releases that meet their needs.
  • Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between Service-now and other systems as needed.
  • Working with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports as needed.
  • Analyzing user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of ServiceNow releases.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in a related technology field or comparable job experience.
  • Approximately 4 to 7 years of experience in a development role, with increasingly complex job responsibilities during that period.
  • ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification are a plus.
