Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and evaluating technical documents for project bidding processes, including system architectures and commercial offers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, or Instrumentation Engineering, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and evaluating technical documents for project bidding processes.
  • Organizing bid initiation and review meetings to ensure timely clarifications and better clarity on bid submissions.
  • Leading a core team to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to requests for quotations from current and potential customers.
  • Performing site visits as necessary to collect information and address commercial and technical meetings with prospective clients.
  • Coordinating project sales meetings, monitoring progress, and preparing weekly reports on project status.
  • Managing material, vendors, subcontractors, and company staff in project management work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Basic electrical and control knowledge, with experience in estimating DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and select switchgear according to motor load lists, with knowledge of current load calculations and bus bar selection.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and preparation of GA in Excel.
